Master PDF Editor can be used to annotate PDFs, insert external contents, bookmark its pages and more. It provides more features than a basic PDF viewer, but it serves as a good viewing application as well. You can mark something in a document at a moment's notice as you read it. The application is available for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux and it can be installed quickly, without any effort.

The user interface looks and feels like that of any application that involves working on a document. You can import a PDF through a standard Open dialog or by dragging and dropping it directly on the interface and start annotating right away. You can insert notes, highlight, strike out, underline and more, by using the available options on the top portion of the window.

Inserted elements can be selected and customized on the right side of the interface. Depending on the selected annotation, you can change colors, geometry settings and other aspects. You can also bring up a list of pages, bookmarks, attachment options and a search feature on the left side of the window, by clicking a series of tabs.

Whenever you read a PDF document with Master PDF Editor, you will be able to make any notes and markings without any effort.

Pros

You can insert various annotations in a PDF. The application's controls are well organized and easy to use. You can install the application in just a few moments.

Cons

There are no obvious issues to mention.
